C & S: History in the Re-Making

C & S, launched as a corporate entity in 2010, evolved through deliberation and planning by founders and principals Robert Carrao and Anthony Sinocchi who have a collective resumé of nearly 40 years in the design build industry.

The firm’s flagship accomplishments have amassed more than $1.5 billion in construction work on a variety of 100 successful building assignments; union, prevailing wage and non-union built in the New York Metropolitan area.

C & S’ development, design and construction output has ranged widely, from national brand hotels, to more boutique hospitality space; also, residential building of all types, from large campus style projects, to row townhomes, in both the luxury and affordable venues.

Why Choose C & S

The client can take comfort that C & S’ leaders are no strangers to actual construction sites, and are backed by a highly-skilled executive support staff; including experienced project managers, administrative assistants, estimators, designers, superintendents, construction clerks and laborers as needed on every job.

Bringing into play our unique experience, we have made it our mission to synthesize the various disciplines of every project. Our main focus is on our client's ROI, and their project goals, all while striving for excellence in our processes, and of course, the quality of our construction. Our total commitment to perfection, takes us above and beyond the specifics of the contract, always guaranteeing the clients satisfaction.

Unlike many construction management firms, our team visits job sites daily, to fully inspect the timely progress of work and the attention to detail of craftsmanship. We are also available 24/7 should questions or problems arise. Clients have access to, and are encouraged to use, a C & S directory listing all office and cell phone numbers, as well as email addresses for project team members.

We also rely on a carefully-chosen network of experienced design and construction crews, to insure successful completion of every project, not only on schedule, but within budget.
